What format are the photos in?
Most of our photos are in JPG format. However we may have videos available in Quicktime .MOV or .AVI formats.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted. They are normally added within 48 hours of the event.

I don't have a credit card , can I pay by cheque?
Yes. The order will have to be manually processed and will incur a £10.00 surcharge. Please contact us with details of your order.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis. If you would like to receive a sample photo to evaluate the quality before purchase, please contact us.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by shotpic.com and it's partners and appointed photographers. In the future we may consider this. Nightclub and Event photographers are welcome to get in touch to discuss opportunities.

Is account or photo sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account or photo is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
